In this video, Dr. Dee demonstrates a maneuver commonly used for positional vertigo symptoms. He explains that some dizziness can be related to crystals in the inner ear canal, often called BPPV, and shows how a sequence of head and body positions may help move those crystals.
The demonstration walks through turning the head toward the affected side, lying back with support, rotating the head, rolling to the side, and returning to a seated position. These positions can temporarily bring on dizziness or nausea, so move carefully and only perform the maneuver if it has been recommended for your situation. If symptoms continue, worsen, or do not feel like typical positional vertigo, contact the First Choice Chiropractic team for evaluation.
