In this video, Dr. Dee explains how tight forearm muscles can contribute to pain around the elbow and wrist. He reviews how the muscles that move the wrist attach near the inside and outside of the elbow, which is why overuse can sometimes lead to soreness often called tennis elbow or golfer's elbow.

The demonstration shows how to use a ball or small roller to work through tender spots in the forearm while moving the wrist through a gentle range of motion. You can also use a hand roller, broom handle, or similar tool to massage the forearm and encourage blood flow into tight tissue.
