In this video, we explain how to use a head weight as part of your posture correction home care. The four-pound weight sits front and center on your forehead and helps encourage a tall stance with your shoulders back, chin tucked, and eyes level.
As you move around with the head weight on, it helps engage the muscles in the back of your neck. Over time, this can support correction of forward head posture and help restore the natural curve in your neck. The video reviews a typical routine of 8 to 15 minutes twice a day, adding time gradually as instructed.
